Rob and Sue's Weekend Getaway to Duluth

The other Canal Park lighthouse - this is taken from aboard the Vista King sight-seeing ship.

During our sight-seeing cruise we came within just a few hundred feet of the 1000+ foot long James Barker. The ship was slowly making its way to a docking area to get a load of iron ore.

Susan aboard the Lester Park railroad excursion we took. It was a 90 minute ride through Duluth aboard several restored historic cars.

Rob at the Two Harbors light-house. It's about a quarter mile walk out on the pier to get to this spot.

Another shot of Gooseberry Falls from a up-close vantage point.

One more of the falls. This is the lower falls as seen from the wood bridge on the Falls Loop hiking trail.

We also toured the ore ship the William Irvin.
