New Years at Myrtle Beach, SC

For New Years we went down to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend. We soaked up a little rain and a lot of sun. Here are some highlights...

The kids spent one morning at MagiQuest - a giant interactive video game. They use the wands to control the environment around them and complete quests.

This is about one quarter of the MagiQuest game arena. The center area (the bubbles) is where the kids learned what quests they would go on next.

One the second the sun came out and we hit the beach. 70 and sunny on January 2nd. LOVE IT!

Running from the waves is still one of the kid's favorite beach games.

Brian loves it too.

It may have been warm - but this was as far as the kids dared go.
