Because Ben's Birthday is in Mid May, He didn't make the B-day cut off to be in the older league. So he is a 9 year old in a league of 7-8 year olds. this has given him a very big eago boost

Fun and Games (Ben's Birthday Part 2)

Ben had a few presents from Mom and Dad and the siblings. He got the long-awaited Nintendo DS (which will be great on our drives to Florida and Minnesota this year) and the backpack is actually a baseball gear bag including a bat holder.

Hoop Dreams (Ben's Birthday - Part 1 of 2)

For Ben's birthday Grandma and Grandpa Horvick and Great-Grandpa Johnson sent bought Ben the basketball hoop he has been pining over since we moved into a house with a flat driveway. After a quick trip to Target and a much longer journey through poorly written instructions and missing nuts and bolts ... he is now on his way to becoming the next Larry Bird.
