Medoc Mountain Scout Camp
Robert and the boys went camping at Medoc Mountain.

The first 24 hours it rained - hard at times. The rain gear was on but we dropped an extra tarp on top to make sure we stayed dry when the wind picked up.

The hike on the Summit Trail provided some scenic views.

About 30 minutes into a 2 hour hike.

Near the summit we came across a box turtle. The boys enjoyed checking it out before moving on.

With about a mile left we ran across a rock formation that was a great place to rest for a minute.

Some of the places we ate
It all comes back to dinner - and at Disney every princess gets to eat like a king.
The first night was Cinderella's Royal Table inside the castle at Magic Kingdom.
Next was Liberty Tree Tavern where the kids got an experience of colonial living Disney-style.

Day three was the Sci-Fi Drive-In at MGM Studios. This is one of the kids' favorites.

Day four was the Garden Grill at The Land in EPCOT. This is a rotating resturant that overlooks The Land ride. On the ride they tell you that the resturant serves fresh vegetables grown at The Land greenhouses - but in the resturant they tell you that that is not true. But it was still delicious.
Downtown Disney
Downtown Disney is a great place to walk, shop and have a nice dinner. Hitting the LEGO Store and World of Disney are "Horvick Family Traditions" (tm).
Evie works on her masterpiece at the LEGO center.
The boys are preparing their super-awesome race car at the LEGO store play area.
World of Disney is the home of everything Disney. We never walk out without at least a few bags of Disney swag.
Typhoon Lagoon
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom is a great place to spend a hot afternoon. With it's African and Asian themes the kids loved walking around and getting a taste of some other cultural flavors. The kids loved riding Everest and the river rapids but most of the time was spent exploring Africa and Asia.

Disney-MGM Studios
After an afternoon of swimming there is no better way to end the day then heading over the MGM for some thrills and good food.
Dinner at the Sci-Fi Drive-in is a Horvick tradition. The giant screen plays some old-time entertainment (with a few surprises mixed in) while we sit in a stretch car table.
After our meal we hit some of our favorite rides. The Back Lot Tour is a great way to see some movie props and have a little fun on a "ride".
